What happened
On August 1, 2024, Convergence Finance lost $212K worth of CVG tokens when input validation was missing from the claimMultipleStaking function. The attacker passed an arbitrary malicious contract address to mint 58 million CVG tokens directly, then converted them to 60 WETH and 15.9K crvFRAX.
