What happened
Prisma Finance was exploited on March 28, 2024 via a flash loan attack on MigrateTroveZap. The onFlashLoan callback lacked origin validation, allowing the attacker to spoof migration logic and hijack troves, extracting 3,257.69 ETH (~$11.6M) in collateral.
