What happened
On November 11, 2024, DeltaPrime was exploited across Arbitrum and Avalanche when an attacker created a malicious trading pair, used it to convert borrowed collateral into fake reward tokens, and withdrew them, leaving the protocol with ~$4.8M in uncollateralized bad debt. This was DeltaPrime's second major hack in 2024.
