What happened
Harmony's Horizon Bridge was hacked on June 23, 2022, stealing ~$100M across ETH, BNB, USDT, USDC, and DAI on Ethereum and BSC. Lazarus Group / APT38 (North Korea-affiliated) compromised validator private keys; the insufficient 2-of-5 validator quorum enabled the theft.
