What happened
EOSBet gambling platform was exploited on September 14, 2018 via a smart contract vulnerability. Hackers created a malicious contract that generated fake transfer notifications, tricking EOSBet's verification into sending 44,427 EOS (~$200,000) to attacker accounts. This was discovered when a Reddit user published the exploit code.
