What happened
Tales of Elleria's bridge contract on Arbitrum was exploited on April 20. An attacker forged bridge signatures and minted 5 billion ELM tokens, then drained the associated liquidity pool. Approximately 140 ETH (~$280K) was extracted from the LP before the attack was detected. The project froze operations and announced plans to compensate affected users through an airdrop mechanism.
