What happened
Goledo Finance, a lending protocol on Conflux eSpace, was exploited when an attacker borrowed 11M CFX via flash loan and purchased 24.6M PPI tokens to artificially inflate the price. The attacker then used the inflated PPI price as collateral to borrow 7.9M CFX from Goledo's lending pool. The attacker later contacted Goledo to negotiate.
