What happened
WOOFi Swap on Arbitrum was exploited on March 5, 2024 via a flash loan attack on its synthetic proactive market making algorithm. An attacker borrowed 7.7M WOO tokens, exploiting the missing Chainlink price fallback to crash the price and profit ~$8.75M across three swaps in 13 minutes.
