What happened
On May 8, 2022 at 20:34 UTC Fortress Loans was exploited via an insufficient governance quorum (400k FTS tokens valued at ~$18K) when an attacker acquired governance quorum and passed proposal #11 to set FTS collateral factor to 700,000,000,000,000,000, then borrowed inflated collateral value combined with oracle manipulation to steal 1,048.1 ETH and 400,000 DAI (~$2.98M total).
