What happened
On January 5-6, 2026, attacker exploited TMX TRIBE perpetual futures (Arbitrum/Optimism) via flawed AUM calculation ignoring USDG liabilities. Repeated mint-stake-swap loops allowed artificially inflated redemptions, draining $1.4M.
