What happened
On March 6, 2023, PeopleDAO lost 76.5 ETH (~$120K) when an accounting lead accidentally shared a public editable Google Sheets form in Discord. An attacker added a hidden fraudulent 76.5 ETH transaction row, which the multisig signers failed to catch during review and approved.
