What happened
On June 21, 2026, Quicksilver Zone was exploited via unchecked ZK proof verification in the minting function. An OLPC token owner had previously set malicious parameters and renounced ownership, allowing an attacker to forge proofs and mint ~505K unbacked qATOM and ~10M qOSMO.
