What happened
On April 19, 2021 an attacker compromised EasyFi CEO Ankitt Gaur's admin machine with malware-tampered MetaMask to exfiltrate admin keys, then transferred 2.98M EASY tokens (~$75M) and drained ~$6M in stablecoins from liquidity pools. The incident was catalogued in Taylor Monahan's Lazarus/BlueNoroff research.
