What happened
Unknown fraudsters gained access to Fetch.ai's Binance account and sold FET tokens at significantly reduced prices to associated entities for profitable resale. On June 6, 2021, approximately 2.6M USD worth of tokens were extracted. Fetch.ai successfully obtained a London High Court order requiring Binance to trace and freeze the attacker's accounts.
