What happened
Trinity Wallet suffered a DNS hijacking attack on February 12, 2020 when the Cloudflare nameserver was compromised. Malicious code injected starting January 25 stole 8.55M MIOTA (~$2M to $2.35M) from 50+ users by exfiltrating private key seeds.
