What happened
An attacker acquired 50,000 STG tokens to create a malicious voting proposal on Stargate Snapshot, posing as a gSTG token launch. The phishing link in the proposal directed over 1,000 users to a fake eligibility-check website, stealing credentials and private keys. PeckShieldAlert confirmed $43K in losses tracked to the attacker's wallet.
