What happened
On June 30, 2026, Edel Finance's xStock lending protocol was exploited via flash loan-enabled oracle manipulation. The attacker manipulated the wGOOGLx (tokenized Google shares) exchange rate, inflating collateral value by ~7,700% due to a missing price oracle fallback, allowing extraction of $403K in bad debt.
