On September 20, 2024 (4:00 AM Singapore time), BingX hot wallets were compromised via access control bypass, draining ~$43M in two separate transactions: $26M + $16.5M. Assets stolen included 13.25M ETH, 2.3M BNB, 4.4M USDT, and 360+ altcoin types. BingX promised reimbursement from reserves.
