What happened
On June 19, 2026, approximately $600K in assets (ATOM, USDC, OSMO, TIA, NYM) were drained from Namada's Multi-Asset Shielded Pool via an IBC transfer logic flaw. The loss went initially undetected due to a stale indexer continuing to display funds as available while live RPC queries showed zero balance.
