What happened
On June 1, 2026 TesseraDAO's mint function was exploited via inadequate access control, allowing an attacker to mint approximately 99 million TSR tokens, immediately selling them on PancakeSwap for ~2.5M USDT, then bridging to Ethereum and laundering funds via Tornado Cash.
