What happened
Voltage Finance on Fuse was drained of ~$4.67M via a reentrancy attack. The attacker funded a flash loan, borrowed against collateral, then used ERC677's transfer callback to reenter and withdraw collateral without repaying, repeating until markets were empty before bridging to Ethereum and BNB Chain.
