What happened
An attacker exploited a vulnerability in the shared Cosmos EVM precompile layer and transferred 2,985,651,403 TAC from a single account to another account without authorization. TAC states that the incident was a drain rather than a mint: no new TAC was created and total supply remained unchanged. The network was halted at block 24,671,475 to contain the incident
