What happened
On April 15, 2024, Grand Base, a real-world asset tokenization platform on Base, was exploited when a developer PC was hacked, exposing the deployer wallet with token minting and LP control. The attacker minted 808.57 ETH worth of GB tokens (~$1.7-2.5M) and sold them, causing a >99% price crash.
